Introduction
Michael Heppner, representative of the Northwood Synagogue from London, visited Kolin in mid-June 2023.
He has been promoting Kolin's Jewish monuments since the 1960s.
The main purpose of his visit this year was to discuss with the city management the further promotion of Kolin's Jewish monuments and to get acquainted with their current state.
During his stay, he visited some of them accompanied by Kolín mayor Michael Kašpar and historian Miroslava Jouzová.
